Water heater

We were called out for a water heater dripping from under tank. We arrived with all the necessary parts to both replace the old water heater with a better quality heater as well as bring the new heater up to city code.
We added a thermal expansion, gas drip leg, a new gas flex, new water flex, new T&P, new venting, pipe insulation, and a drain pan to divert any future leaks to the garage floor.
